The living-room has big natural dark-brown leather sofa, TV-set with many english/german channels, DVD, stereo system, home cinema for best comfort of playing your favourite movies. Kitchen is separated from the living area by the bar table and is fitted with stove and all needed equipment for making your favourite meals. There is also embedded laundry washer in one of kitchen tables. Unique frosted glass doors divide studio living-room from the bedroom and also a living-room from the bathroom. The fully modern tiled bathroom has a big Jacuzzi bath-tub, shower, wash-basin with big mirror, unique shelfs embedded in the wall for all your small things, and there is a w.c. of course. You will also find a big wardrobe embedded in the wall in the hall, it has big tall doors with mirrors on them. This has high-speed broadband (2Mbps) internet connection. You will find this apartment idelly suitable either for your stay on business trip or for a comfortable safe and private rest.Through the light curtains the apartment is lightened with the sunshine. Terms of residence
The accommodation includes all the possible costs and payments on accounts of all public utilities and payment for energy and communication services.
Long-term accommodation in Partner Guest House apartments has the same service as a staying in apartments for a daily rent. The price includes payment for utilities, water, electricity, TV, internet, telephone. Current cleaning of the apartment with change of bed linen and towels (maid service) is also included in the price.
Payment should be made in UAH according to the rate of the National Bank at the time of detention in any form which is convenient for you (cash or bank transfer, credit card)
